2020 Webinar  Schedule

Engaging and educating our customers is one of our top priorities at Akada. These webinars serve as a way to educate new customers, and even those who’ve been with us a while, on best practices with our software and on areas of the program they may not have tried yet.

Each webinar consists of a 15-20 minute presentation from one of our support staff followed by a question and answer session.

January 23rd – Costume Ordering – In this webinar, we’ll show you how the costume management functions of Akada can save your hours of administrative time and a lot of stress. So get those catalogs handy because we’ll teach you to set up a vendor, add & assign costumes, edit sizes, and post charges.

January 30th – Reporting – This is a new webinar in our series that we’ve added because of your feedback. Here we’ll give you a run down of the various reports available in Akada.

February 6th – Financial Reporting – Rescheduled due to weather.

February 13th – Planning For Summer & Fall Seasons – In this webinar we’ll walk you through the steps of creating a new session in Akada, adding your class schedule, and setting up online registration.

February 18th – Financial Reporting – We get a lot of questions about financial reports. How do I know who’s past due? Why is my income lower than my payments? In this weeks webinar we’ll take you through all of those questions.

February 20th – Tuition Setup and Billing – In this webinar we will discuss how to utilize Akada’s tuition setup and billing. We will discuss the 4 methods of tuition setup, create a tuition table and answer the question…What does default tuition calculation really mean?!!

February 27th – Akada Settings Overview – In this webinar we’ll provide an overview of Akada’s settings menu.

March 5th – Parent Portal Overview – Are you ready to introduce Online Registration to your parents? In this webinar we will discuss the Parent Portal and show you how to set it up, notify your current parents and how to link the Parent Portal to your website.

March 12th – Processing Online Registrations –  In this webinar we’ll show you how to process Online Registrations. We’ll discuss accepting classes, tuition adjustments, and creating charges all from Akada’s online registration page.

March 19th – Spring Recital Scheduling – Recital season is fast approaching. Join this webinar and allow us to show you how Akada is designed to take the stress and question marks out of recital planning.

March 26th – Point of Purchase Overview – The dance season is winding down and Summer is approaching quickly. If you’ve never used the Point of Purchase functions, or maybe you just aren’t getting as much out of it as you think you can, now is the best time to set that up. Let us show you how you can use Akada to manage your inventory and make sales directly through the program.
