Submit a Support Ticket

If you have a question but don’t have time to call or it is after hours, you can send us a support ticket through Akada Online.


To Submit a Support Ticket:

  • Click on the main menu(3 horizontal lines) in the top left corner of Akada Online.
  • Select Help.
  • Select Submit A Ticket.
  • The Akada Support Center will open in a different tab or window.
  • Fill in your contact information and add your question or issue* in the Message Body.
  • Click the Next button.
  • Click the green Submit Ticket button.


*When submitting a ticket please include as many pertinent details as possible. For example, If you’re having a problem with an account or transaction include the account name, transaction date, and amount, along with a description of the problem. This allows us to look at the issue in question and cuts down on the number of questions we need to ask allowing us to get you an answer as quickly as possible.


You can also submit support tickets via the purple chat button in the bottom right-hand corner of your Akada Online.
