Staff Info – Profile

The staff profile can be made available for parents to view through their parent account. This information includes a staff member picture, biography, position, classes taught, and contact information.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To Activate and Edit Staff Profiles:

  • From the home screen click on the Staff Tab.
  • Click on the staff member’s name.
  • Scroll to Staff Profile and click Show Settings.
  • Click the box labeled “show profile in customer app.*
  • Choose the options you want to make availalbe.

*Note: You must also make the staff page settings available to your customers by going to the General Settings Screen of the Customer Access Settings and activating them there.
