Parent Portal – Account Screen
The account screen in the DanceWorks Online parent portal gives your customer the ability to manage their own contact information, credit card information, and the password to their account. The studio may limit which items the parent can edit through the existing account settings found in the customer access settings.
To Update Account Information:
- Log into the parent account and click on the Account tab at the top.
- Click the edit link under the correct section to make changes.
- The active fields (in white) are editable.
- Click the field and make any needed charges.
- When done click Save Changes.
- The information will automatically be updated in the studio database.
