Connect to Technician
If you need support you can easily connect to one of our technicians directly through Akada Online.
To Connect to a Technician:
- Click on the main menu(3 horizontal lines) at the top left corner of the home screen and select Help.
- Select Connect to Technician.
- You will be directed to the Akada Software support page.
- Use the Connect without PIN option.
- Enter your contact info and click Connect.
- Allow the LogMeIn file to download.
- When the download is finished open or run the file.
Chat with an Akada Representative:
You can reach out and chat with Akada Support with any questions or concerns during business hours. For any messages sent after-hours, we will respond on the next business day. To send your questions and/or concerns click on the purple chat button in the bottom right-hand corner of Akada Online. Select messages and send your message.
If you do not see the purple chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your Akada Online, visit your User Settings and turn on Live Chat Support under User Defaults.
