Class Info – Charge/Credit Class

From the class info screen you can enter charges or credit for all of the active students enrolled in the class. Something special going on in the class and you need to charge everyone? Miss a day and you need to issue a credit? We’ve got you covered.

To Charge a Class:

  • Scroll to the bottom of the Class Info screen and click to expand the Charge Class section.
  • Select which students you’d like to charge (all, recital participants, or selected students).
  • Enter the date.
  • Choose a Charge Code.
  • Enter a Description.
  • Enter the amount.
  • Click the boxes to allow the charge to be paid online or to disable any assigned discounts.
  • Click the Enter charges button.

To Credit a Class:

  • Scroll to the bottom of the Class Info screen and click to expand the Credit Class section.
  • Select which students you’d like to credit (all, recital participants, or selected students).
  • Enter the date.
  • Enter a Description.
  • Enter the credit amount.
  • Click the Enter Credit button.

Charge/Credit History

Now that you’ve posted your class charge or credits you can see a summary of what you’ve done in the Transaction History. Here you can view current or deleted postings. Additionally, if you made a mistake you can delete the entire posting.
