Online Registration Overview
Online Registration integrates with DanceWorks to allow your customers to register for classes online, streamlining your registration process.
Online Registration is $14.95 per month billed to your credit card. There is no setup fee required.*
It provides your customers with the capability to register and enroll in classes by clicking a link that is added to your school's web site. The registration data is entered online by your customers where it is stored. A confirming email will be sent to the customer and you will also receive an email notifying you that there is an online registration waiting to be processed. You will download the registration(s) onto your school's computer into your program.
You will be able to review, edit, and accept the student's registration and choice of classes. You can enroll the student in different classes than the ones that they have selected.
Once the registration has been processed you can enter registration and tuition charges directly into your program.
You can print or email an account confirmation report listing the classes and tuition fees for each student in the account. Payments for registration or first month's tuition are also entered in the DanceWorks or BalanceWorks program.
* Online Registration is an annual service paid monthly. When you select to license Online Registration on a monthly basis by credit card, your first month's fee is processed on the first day service is initiated. Subsequent monthly fees are conveniently processed automatically on a recurring monthly basis on the first business day of each month. Your annual contract is for a 12 month period beginning on the first day of service and will continue until we are notified, in writing, that you want to cancel. There are no refunds.
