• Online Registration connects directly to your DanceWorks database
• You can display the classes you have entered into DanceWorks on the internet and allow your customers to register for classes using Akada Software's secure Online Registration portal
• You can have a separate Online Registration webpage for each of your sessions

• From the main screen, you can setup your Online Registration options, upload your classes to the internet or check whether you have any registrations available for download
• When one of your customers registers for classes online, Online Registration will automatically send you an email alerting you that someone has registered and providing you with a backup copy of that customer's registration information

• Online Registration allows you to specify whether customers must enter credit card information to register and can limit the credit card options to only those types of payment you accept
• You can specify which of your billing frequencies to allow your customers to select from

• You can upload (or re-upload) to the internet all or any of the classes you have created in DanceWorks
• You may specify whether to show enrollment statistics and whether to allow registrants once a class has reached capacity
• Online Registration allows you to upload your school's logo to appear on the Online Registration customer portal

• When you dowload a new registration, DanceWorks will automatically check whether the registrant is currently entered into your system
• Alternatively, you may select a matching account or create a new account for a new customer directly from this screen

• If your customer has submitted a note with their registration, it displays on this screen
• You can add it to the existing account notes, ignore the note or edit the note and you existing account notes

• Online Registration displays the account information your suctomer submitted alongside the information you already have in DanceWorks
• You can easily copy over any new or modified information
• From this screen, you can create a new account or update the existing account and it will automatically update in DanceWorks
• Once you have created or updated the account information, you can enroll the student or students in classes by clicking register

• From this screen, you can review and edit student information
• You may enroll the student in their selected classes and enroll them in additional classes of your choosing

• You may also drop a student from classes they tried to enroll in and provide a reason for the drop
• This information will be included should you decide to email your customer a registration confirmation when prompted by Online Registration
