Networking - Overview

- Withour optional Network License, you can access and edit your DanceWorks data from multiple computers at once
- Once you've set up your home or office network and are able to share files between computers, the DanceWork Network license allows you to point DanceWorks on a workstation to the DanceWorks databases you have on your server computer
- Multiple users can log into DanceWorks at the same time and concurrently update your records

- Our Network Setup tool makes it easy for you to locate your shared data and set DanceWorks to access it
- You can access data directly on your network or via a mapped drive

Networking - Finalizing Setup
- The Network Setup tool shows you what your data path is and allows you to point our additional Student Staff Check In module to the shared database as well
- If your network should change, you can easily edit the Network Setup to reflect that change
