The DanceWorks Student Screen displays:
- Address, Telephone, E-Mail Address
- Classes Currently Enrolled In
- Parent Telephone Numbers
- Emergency Names and Telephone
- Student Picture
- Doctor Contact and Medical / Allergy Information
- Student Skills
- Student Notes
From the DanceWorks Student Screen you can perform the following functions:
- Select Tuition Calculation Method
- Go To the Account Screen
- Add or Drop a Class
- Select a Student Fee
- Add student to a Class Wait List
- Add Mail Code Groups this Student
- Setup a Class Card
- Enter Student Measurements and review assigned costumes
- Review class attendance and enter make-up classes
- Go To a Selected Class

Student Screen - Wait List Tab
- View a student's waitlisted classes
- Add or delete a student to or from a class waitlist

Student Screen - Mail Codes Tab
- View mail codes assigned to a student
- Add and delete mail codes to and from a student

Student Screen - Notes Tab
- View notes entered into student screen
- Add, edit or delete student notes

- Displays emergency contact information (editable from account screen)

Student Screen - Medical Information Tab
- Displays doctor name and phone number (doctors can be globally entered in Setup System)
- Enter in special allergy or other medical information about your student

- View skills mastered by your student
- Edit or delete existing skills
- Add skills mastered by your student (after setting up custom skills in Setup System)
- Print a list of skills mastered by your student

Student Screen - History Tab
- View, edit, delete and print a history of classes in which your student has been enrolled

Student Screen - Class Card Tab
- Setup class cards for your students who pay for a limited number of classes in advance
- Associate a class card with a class to automatically record a card use when a student is marked present for that class

- View and enter student measurements
- View the costumes assigned to your student

- Track your students' attendance in all their classes from one screen
- Record, edit, delete and print student attendance records

- With the click of a button, view all your classes and enroll your student
- You can even enter a specific discount a class at the time of enrollment
