The DanceWorks Account Screen displays:

• Account Address, Phone, E-Mail
• Parents' Home, Work and Cell numbers
• Emergency Contact Information
• Balance Due, Last Payment Date and Amount
• Students associated with the Account, their status and their tuition amounts
• Credit Card Information on File
• Account Notes

From the DanceWorks Account Screen you can perform the following functions:

• Send an e-mail to the account
• Set the Tuition Calculation Method
• Set the Account Billing Frequency
• Add an Account Fee to the account
• Go To a Student Screen
• Add or Delete a Student
• Add Mail Code Groups
• Enter a Charge or Payment
• View Account Transactions
• Print and/or e-mail the following:
  • Registration Form
  • Account Confirmation
  • Account Statement
  • Coupon Books

• Displays the mail codes you have assigned to an account
• Allows you to assign additional mail codes to an account

• Shows custom notes you have entered for an account
• Allows editing of existing notes or entering new notes

• Displays editable emergency contact information for the account

• In accounts billed using Custom Tuition, this tab appears
• Your choice:
  • Enter a total tuition amount and distribute it monthly as you choose
  • Enter a specific tuition amount for each month nyou wish to bill the account
• Features discounting by amount or percent
• You choose the billing frequency, starting month and number of billing periods

• Displays stored credit card information for the account
• Card editing in password protected
• Place accounts in payment groups for easy billing

• Enter individual charges for an account
• Drop down menu makes organizing your charges a breeze
• Edit the charge date to post-date an account charge

• Enter cash, check or credit payments for an account
• Allows selection of stored credit card or entry and saving of new card
• Payment date field is editable

• After entering a payment, DanceWorks prompts you to apply it to a charge
• Apply multiple payments to single charges and vice versa
• Keep charges and payments paired together so you know exactly what your customers have paid for

• Displays all transactions associated with an account
• View balances, enter charges and enter payments
• Place accounts in payment groups for easy billing

• View which payments apply to which charges (or if a payment has been applied at all!)

• Print or email registrations, confirmations and statements with the touch of a button
• Add or edit default notes, terms and messages
