The Master's Organizer is the finest Windows-based Martial Arts School Management Program available today. It was designed to make managing your school easy, accurate and fun!

The Master's Organizer will make your school run more efficiently and give you back time to spend with your students. The Master's Organizer's intuitive design makes it easy to add an account, add students to the account and enroll those students in class. The Master's Organizer automatically calculates the tuition for each student and lets you post tuition to all accounts with a single click of the mouse.

The Account screen allows you to enter a charge or a payment, check payment history, print a statement, send an e-mail or go to a student record with a single click of the mouse.

The Student screen allows you to enroll in or drop a class, check class history, check and update student belt level, enter and print attendance, update medical information, view emergency contacts, send an e-mail, access a class record or view the account record with a single click of the mouse.

The Class screen permits you edit class information, view the class roster, add or drop students, enter attendance, enter a charge for all students, view the teacher's record or access any student's record with a single click of the mouse.

The Master's Organizer provides over 175 reports, including accounts receivable, charges, payments and income to help you manage your school. It also has unique school statistical reports to provide you a quick "snap-shot" of your current school status.

The Master's Organizer can transfer your income to QuickBooks™ for a complete profit / loss report.

The Master's Organizer comes in two versions: Mini for studios with up to 200 students or Unlimited for studios with more than 200 students. You can upgrade from the Mini to the Unlimited at any time.

The Master's Organizer comes with 90 days, toll-free, customer support. Annual support, which includes free program upgrades (when published) is available.

We have developed the following Options for The Master's Organizer, which can be purchased with the initial purchase or at a later time.

• Networking (for two computers) allows The Master's Organizer to run on a local area network so that 2 or more computers can simultaneously access a single data base to enter/update account and student data.

• Point-of-Sale module allows you to use The Master's Organizer to sell inventory items to your students and accounts. This module supports optional hardware such as: cash drawers, receipt printers and barcode scanners.

• Credit Card Processing module integrates with PCCharge Payment Server to process credit card payments entered through The Master's Organizer. This module will also process payments, for selected accounts (whose card numbers are on file), in a batch mode for monthly tuition charges.

• Student Staff Check In program allows your staff to record class attendance and their hours worked without access to any account/student data in the data base. Student Staff Check In can also be configured, with the use of a slot barcode reader, to let your students record their own attendance with the student ID cards printed from The Master's Organizer.
